Quick Pulse Surveys For Nevada Employers
Want to get an idea of where your business stands with your employees? Are you curious where you might be able to improve? We have a service that will answer both of those questions and more.
As a benefit of membership, the Nevada Association of Employers offers a Quick Pulse Survey to its members on an annual basis. NAE’s Quick Pulse Survey is a brief 5 question survey designed to measure employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall attitude about the company. The survey is 100% anonymous so your employees can provide honest feedback to you without worry.
How It Works
NAE will conduct a survey of your employees through an electronic service provider. Your employee’s will have seven (7) calendar days to respond to the brief survey. Your employee’s responses are 100% anonymous. NAE does not collect identifying information about respondents; therefore, no one at NAE or your company will be able to identify the respondents or their answers. NAE will compile all survey responses and provide you with a report of the results.

Quick Pulse Survey FAQs
No, but they can be a good complement to annual employee surveys.
While pulse surveys provide valuable real-time insights, they are not as comprehensive and do not delve as deeply as an annual employee survey. Annual surveys typically delve into broader topics like organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee development.
Surveys will only be effective if organizations are open and honest about the feedback received and take action to address concerns that are expressed. Employers should share the results of the survey with employees, highlighting both positive feedback that was received and areas where improvement is needed.
Once they identify the areas with the greatest impact on employee satisfaction and organizational goals, employers should develop an action plan for addressing concerns in those areas and advise employees of steps being taken based on the feedback received.
Because pulse surveys are much shorter than a more comprehensive employee engagement survey, they can be conducted more frequently. However, how frequently they are conducted will depend on organization size, culture, and goals. Organizations undergoing frequent changes may benefit from conducting pulse surveys on a monthly or quarterly basis. Larger organizations or those with slower-moving initiatives may find a semi-annual pulse survey to be more valuable.
As part of membership, NAE will conduct one complimentary quick pulse survey per year for member organizations that are interested. NAE members interested in conducting multiple quick pulse surveys on a more frequent basis should contact our survey specialists to discuss options.
Pulse surveys are, as the name implies, a quick snapshot of your workforce. Employee engagement surveys are typically longer surveys that provide a more in-depth view of employee satisfaction, commitment, and alignment with organizational goals. Pulse surveys can be done multiple times per year for continuous feedback. Employee engagement surveys are typically only done on an annual basis.
