Frequently Asked Questions
Labor Law Posters FAQs
Can labor law posters be posted electronically?
No, in most cases. The Department of Labor has indicated that certain federal labor law posters can be posted electronically provided certain conditions are met. However, most labor law notices are required to be posted conspicuously in the workplace.
Do labor law posters need to be updated every year?
It depends. Employers are required to have the latest version of each required labor law notice posted in a conspicuous place in the workplace. Some notices are updated annually. Some notices are updated on a less frequent basis.
Do you deliver Nevada labor law posters?
Yes, we can ship our All-In-Two State & Federal Labor Law Posters to any location. We also make the commonly required federal and statement labor law notices available for individual download on our Member Portal.
How can I obtain new Nevada labor law posters from NAE?
Any Nevada businesses can order our All-In-Two State & Federal Labor Laws Posters through our website.
All NAE members receive a complimentary set of our All-In-Two Labor Laws Posters with the Poster Update Service with membership. NAE members can purchase additional posters with the update service at discounted pricing.
Is it required to have labor law posters in Nevada?
Yes, all employers are required to display certain federal and state labor law notices in the workplace where they can be readily seen by their employees, and in some cases, applicants for employment. Posting requirements vary based on number of employees, industry, and location, which means not all notices are required to be posted by every employer.
