Register to Participate
Use the link to register to participate in Payscale through NAE. Registration is open to NAE members only. Payscale access through NAE is only available to new Payscale customers.
Registration is the first step in the process and does not automatically grant access to the platform. Payment of the annual access fee and participation are required to gain access to Payscale.
The information provided during registration will be used to set up the main Payscale user for your organization. This user will have full access to the platform for their organization. Additional users with lesser access can be added later.
Purchase Access
Upon registration, eligible NAE members will be invoiced for the annual access fee. Each NAE member can purchase access to the platform for $399 annually (a $6,500 value).
Complete Data Collection
Once the annual access fee is paid, a member of our team will reach out to start data collection.
NAE members will be provided with our Organizational Data Workbook, which collects information on your organizational jobs, employee compensation, and pay markets for upload to the platform. NAE members will have 30 days to complete the Organizational Data Workbook and return it to NAE.
Our team will review your data to ensure accuracy before uploading it to the platform. Platform access will be granted only after your data has been successfully submitted and uploaded.
Participation is required in order to access the Payscale platform. If you choose not to participate, access will not be provided, and no refund will be issued.
Continued Access to Payscale
For ongoing access to Payscale, NAE members must update their data in the platform at least annually (within 30 days of the end of their access year) and pay the annual access fee.

Workplace compliance and HR administration
Nevada Association of Employers (NAE) has compiled a collection of commonly used HR forms, checklists, policies, and employer guides to help Nevada businesses manage workplace compliance and HR administration.
Whether you are looking for an employment application, employee file checklist, payroll deduction form, performance appraisal form, or FLSA exemption worksheet, NAE provides resources designed to support employers with day-to-day HR operations.
These tools help employers maintain consistent documentation practices and ensure workplace policies align with federal and Nevada employment regulations.
Employers who need additional guidance on HR compliance may also benefit from services such as HR Hotline support or professional HR audits, which help identify potential compliance gaps before they become legal issues.
Access HR Forms Through the Member Portal
NAE members can access these HR resources through the Member Portal (login required). The portal includes downloadable HR forms, customizable policies, and other templates that help employers manage employee documentation and HR procedures efficiently.
These resources are designed to work alongside other NAE compliance tools, including the HR Compliance Checklist and Employee Handbook Review services that help employers maintain legally compliant workplace policies.
