2022 NEVADA PAY SURVEY – COLLECTING DATA NOW

It’s that time of year again! Nevada Association of Employers is currently collecting data for our annual Nevada Pay Survey.
This survey is conducted each year to get up-to-date market data on how employers compensate their employees in Nevada. This is the only survey of it’s kind that provides Nevada-specific data.
NAE encourages all Nevada businesses to participate in our annual pay survey. You do not need to be a member of NAE to participate in our annual pay survey. However, there are benefits for being a member of NAE and participating in our annual pay survey — you can get a copy of the results for FREE.
Whether you are in Reno, Las Vegas, Carson City, Elko, or anywhere in between, your pay data is important to us. It helps us determine what businesses throughout the state are paying their employees..
For organizations who participated in the 2021 Nevada Pay Survey – GREAT NEWS – all data you entered and saved last year is already in the system. All you have to do is update your data for 2022 and add any new job titles, pay information, etc.
NAE treats all information provided to us in the annual pay survey as strictly confidential. All data is compiled and reported in the aggregate. No one will be able to identify the information provided with any specific company.
